How to Order

This and our several other Neat, Old Stuff lists are eclectic mixes of paper and other ephemera. They are presented here in somewhat of a jumble but, eventually, they will be subdivided and sorted by type. To all prices add more for shipping and handling from New Hampshire. Interest in any of these items may be expressed by e-mail. Our name, address and phone numbers are at the bottom of the list. Postcard, Car and Bus transportation, 1907
- Concord, NH

12/1. Postcard - four pages, 1. Shows an "Electric car " carrying about 24 passengers along with a conductor w/megaphone and a driver in an open cab. Colors are black and red. On the side of the vehicle is, "Seeing Concord, N.H." In small type is "Copyrighted 1907, by Tichnor Bros., Inc. 2. "This space for message, with a hand written message. 3. Shows a period automobile (head-on view) w/ a man and woman, the man in duster and goggles. On the radiator of the car is affixed a 48 panel accordian of small photos (24 photos) of Concord scenes. 4. Is the mail side with the common 1 cent stamp of the period. slight area of paper-clip rust. $24

12/4. Map of New York - Rand McNally, 1910, with census. Fold-out map of New York state, 11"x12 1/2, red and black. Extremely detailed w/census figures of cities and towns, and facts about state. Excellent condition. The graphic shows a small detail. -- $25

12/5. Travel brochure - "What to see in Washington (DC)", 1907. Street map, schedules of when public buildings are open and nice photos of a line of Washington souvenir silverwear and Limoges China, excellent condition. -- $24

12/7. Ocean liner Menu - Norddeutscher Lloyd Bremen, c.1932, adjunct menu, "Meatless Dishes Suggestions," 6"x3 1/4", cover illustration is dramatic bows-on color view of the ship in dry dock. -- $24



British Royal Program, 1919

12/8. Royal Program - "of the Procession of the Festival of Peace and Great Military and Naval Pageant, July 19th, 1919.," a grand military review to celebrate the end of WWI, a march-by King George V and Queen Mary, who are pictured on the cover, 4 3/4"x7". Fold creases. -- $28

12/9. "Prop Wash," a publication of the "Casey Jones School of Aeronautics," the Army Air Corps school for ground crews. , Vol. II, No. 7, July, 1942. Photos, lists of cadets, cartoons, etc. 56 pages plus covers. A P-38 adorns the front cover. $28



1960 Kenmore Stamp Catalog

12/10. 1960 Kenmore Stamp Catalog. Most U.S. stamps are listed and priced along with many coins. The 1847 5 cent red-brown was selling for $30 and the 10 cent black for $58.50, both used. -- $12
