Extremely detailed street directory, list of notable buildings and blocks, clubs, theatres, cemetaries and fire alarms as well as the RI census of 1905. Interesting ads including a rug dealer and an undertaker. small water stain on front cover, one page has minute corner tear, otherwise fresh and fine. - $35

15/7. Thanksgiving Day Menu, Haddon Hall Hotel, Atlantic City, NJ, November 26, 1903, four page menu with lovely engraving of the hotel, inside elegant covers with an illustration of Pilgrims. We would have ordered: Oysters on half shell, roast tame goose (turkey was not offered), boiled onions, spinach, lobster salad, pumpkin pie, fruit, nuts and coffee, 4x8. - $28

"College Songs," publ. by Oliver Ditson Company, 1890. 6 3/4x 10, 104 pp plus covers. 91 songs including: The Irish christening, Nelly Was A Lady, Jingle Bells, Bavarian Yodel, The Dude Who Couldn't Dance, and The Drum-Major of Schneider's Band. 2" front cover separation at spine, spine separation at page three, but it all holds together, small tears and dog-ear on front cover. It's not as bad as it sounds. - $28

Stopping off for a drink; 3. "He Forms Habits of Idleness"; 4. "He Begins to Neglect his Family"; 5. "The Auction Sale" because he learned business did not take care of itself while he partied, and so on. Excellent condition. - $20

15/10. The Miami County, Indiana Historical Society Booklet, 1941. 6x9, 36 pages plus covers. Photos and text. All about the history of the Peru, Indiana area. Excellent condition. - $24
